Psalm 92
We find Psalm 92 written for the day we set aside for worship and rest. It’s a song for Sabbath a weekly day to rest from labor, worship God, and be renewed by God’s presence. We benefit from thanking God and singing about His goodness. It is good for us to focus on God’s faithfulness, in the morning and in the evening. Upon reflection, we can thank God for all that He has done. This is an amazing life-giving practice. It is helpful in private, and it is helpful with the gathered believers. As I live my life focused on God, I can thrive and be fruitful even in old age.
