Save the Date

Jesus Night – March 25th

If we want more people to interact with Jesus Christ we should be involved. Please pray and ask the Holy Spirit to help you identify who you should share Jesus with. Think about it and jot down some ideas. Pray about it more. Our monthly “Jesus Nights” give an opportunity to invite people who would be interested in hearing you share your Jesus-story. Our upcoming Jesus Nights: March 25th, April 22, May 27.

Easter Sunday – April 5th

We have an exciting Easter Sunday program this year that is perfect for inviting friends and neighbors! Our Easter church service will begin at 9:00 am, followed by an Easter lunch family meal in the Fellowship Hall. After lunch, there will be an Easter egg hunt for the kids as well as crafts and games. Invite tickets will be available on Sunday.

Pentecost Sunday – May 25th

This year at least 10 churches will be gathering for Pentecost Sunday. Childcare will be provided! We’re looking for singers to join the Pentecost Sunday choir.

“In him we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.” – Colossians 1:14  Through our Colossians series “Life in Christ” – we see that our new spiritual life is IN Jesus. It is a close personal relationship with God.  There are nine “in Christ” mentions in Colossians. It is living moment by moment in close personal relationship with Jesus, in alignment, in a relational position/placement/posture, living based on the teaching of Jesus as foundational & directional. It is living free from sin by putting off and putting on, as seen in Colossians 3:1-14. Here are some recent releases in worship music that I’m listening to. Not curated, just a big playlist. Sharing Jesus

Are you ready to share the most valuable thing in your life with your neighbors, coworkers, and friends? Parents, your children have classmates whose families need to know what you care about most. Jesus Christ our Savior King is the most valuable relationship we have. Studies show that on certain dates people are more inclined to investigate Christianity. Please pray about this! Please invited people to hear Jesus stories and/or to one of our services.

This Week

Bible Study Workshop Tonight

The Fellowship Hall is open at 6:00 pm for Church Family Dinner and/or to hang out before small groups and CHC Youth start at 7:00 pm. If we all work together to clean up after dinner at 6:50 pm, there may be no need for it after our gathering.

On March 11th, let’s study Colossians 3:1-4 together.

CHC Youth Night Tonight

CHC Youth meet every Wednesday night at 7:00 pm at the church for a time of fellowship, worship, and Bible study.
