Volunteer Opportunities and Survey
Thank you to our volunteers who have served so faithfully! In order to facilitate the return to weekly church services, we need more volunteers who can commit to serving consistently in these three areas: City Kids, Sanitation, and Greeting/Ushering. We are asking everyone (including current volunteers) to fill out this Google Form as soon as possible: CHC Volunteer Survey.
Planning Center Blockout Dates
As you are figuring out your upcoming travel and holiday plans, please make sure to blockout those dates in Planning Center. If you need help doing this, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The people of Israel looked to the priests as their intermediary in their relationship with God. In their past, God made covenant agreements with them. Repeatedly the people broke their end of these promises. Through Jesus Christ our Great High Priest, God has brought about a new covenant agreement that will last forever. God desires everyone to enter this loving relationship. We can look to Jesus Christ for salvation. Hebrews 8 turns this open letter to the main point: Jesus Christ our Savior now serves as Great High Priest. Jesus Christ is now in the presence of Almighty Father God, bringing offering and fulfillment to the Tabernacle and Temple worship of days past. We will benefit from following Him and living in constant awareness of our Lord Jesus.
