CHC COVID-19 Update
Here is a brief update related to the coronavirus and our church activities. This information will not be in the upcoming Sunday service. Your time in considering this is greatly appreciated.
Safe Place Team’s Upcoming Release
The Safe Place Team is working hard on preparing additional COVID-19 information and resources to share with the church. They are compiling data regarding some of the different variants of the virus as well as an explanation of what it means to quarantine. The Safe Place Team will also provide some helpful tips on how to safely form a pandemic pod.

In Matthew chapter 28, we read that Jesus rose from the dead (just as predicted) and walked among people for 40 days proving that He is alive. Father God accepted the death of Jesus as our once-and-for-all sacrificial payment for the atonement of our sins. The resurrection of Jesus is living proof of that fact. Jesus is alive. Before returning to Father God, Jesus commissioned His followers to urge people (of all ethnicities in all nations) to also become His followers. Jesus assured them that He would be with them spiritually every day and that He would return to the earth (in-body), one day.

Rooted Christianity Blog
One of our church members, Justin Kuk, has an online blog that we would like to share with the church as a helpful resource. Justin explains that his blog, Rooted Christianity, “exists to equip Christians to think deeply about theology, defend their faith through rigorous apologetics, and to bear fruit through evangelism so that they would be deeply rooted in the truth of Christianity and bear fruit in their faithful witness.” Justin has recently started a new series examining how the Old Testament speaks of Jesus; click here to read his introduction to the topic.
