Jesus Night – Wednesdays, November 19th & December 10th

The Good News of Jesus changes our lives for the better. We want to share this with people such as our neighbors, friends, and coworkers. Wednesdays, November 19th and December 10th, at 7:00 pm, you have an opportunity to invite people to hear your Jesus story, a testimony of salvation. Please let Pastor Ben know if you plan on participating.

CHC Youth Urban Air Adventure – Saturday, November 22nd

Date: Saturday 11/22/25

Time: 2:00-5:30 PM (If we can only stay for 2 hours due to capacity, I will text you ahead of time. This could mean our pick-up time would be at 4:30).

Location: 11501 Pocomoke Court Middle River, MD 21220

Cost: $35 per person which includes ticket, socks, drink, and pizza. (Please give to Malinda directly via cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or CashApp)

RSVP: to Malinda via text, email, phone call, or in person by Friday 11/14 and let me know how many people are attending (youth and adults). If adults are planning to attend, the ticket prices are cheaper if you’re only observing and not participating.

Invite Friends: Friends are always welcome during youth nights and events! Please invite them!

Deck the Halls with Bows and Lights! – December 6th

We need your help to decorate the church Sanctuary for Christmas! No experience or expertise needed. Just show up on Saturday, December 6th at 10am. The more volunteers we have, the quicker we’ll finish!

City Kids Christmas Program – December 14th

City Kids will be presenting their Christmas Play on Sunday, December 14th! Parents please see Anna’s email about the filming schedule and costume needs.

Such trees are not bothered by the heat or worried by long months of drought. Their leaves stay green, and they never stop producing fruit.” – Jeremiah 17:7-8 NLT Rebecca and I pray for you. We are grateful to be in this church with you all. God loves you. God has purpose for your life and for our church. You can draw spiritual life and strength from God. This includes relying on God completely.

Church Facility Updates

Garbage: If you are cleaning up, garbage and recycling cans are available to us in the alley between the church building and parsonage (via exit from the pantry). We no longer need to walk around to the cans behind the parsonage.

Renovations: Please be careful to avoid the main floor renovation work areas. Parents please make sure to keep children out of the area. There are tools and debris that could be dangerous.

This Week

Life Group Wednesdays Tonight

We meet every Wednesday at 7:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall for a time of worship and Bible study. The Fellowship Hall is open at 6:00 pm for Church Family Dinner and/or to hang out before small groups and CHC Youth start at 7:00 pm. If we all give teamwork to cleaning up after dinner at 6:50 pm, there may be no need for it after our gathering.

CHC Youth Night Tonight

CHC Youth meet every Wednesday night at 7:00 pm at the church for a time of fellowship, worship, and Bible study.

Gift Ideas

Ten percent of our donations to City Harbor Church go directly to supporting missionaries in remote areas, medical missions in Guatemala, and similar efforts in Haiti as well as here in Baltimore.
