It’s good to honestly describe what is wrong and how it should be better in your conversation with God. We can spend time thinking about what is going on in our lives before a time of prayer. This can help our prayer time be more meaningful. What is wrong? How should it be better? In what ways do we think that God would want it to be better (based on what we have learned about the nature of God, the thoughts of God)? Think through this and then go to God in prayer.
