– A few from a person to God.
– By far the most promises are ones God gives to us.

What Can We Learn?
1. We can choose who we believe.
2. There are negative consequences if we don’t believe what God says.
3. We can allow fear, anxiety & doubt to rule our thoughts and emotions.
4. We may miss out on miracles.
5. God does what He says He’ll do.
6. Often God’s promises require something of us.
What makes us doubt God?
1. Not continuing to grow in your relationship with Jesus.
2. Thinking you can do it on your own.
3. Believing in things that don’t line up with what the Word of God says.
4. Allowing fear, anxiety or doubt to direct your Life.
5. Straying from what God said (sin, doubt, fear, laziness, disobedience)
How do we stop believing the wrong report?
1. Identify where the thought is coming from.
2. Pray and ask God for help.
3. Memorize & use scripture to remind us of the truth.
4. Get help from a mature believer.
5. Repeat
What should we do this week?
1. Consider your Salvation.
2. Don’t neglect the daily promises in the search for the “big” promises.
3. Write down or read what God has promised.
4. Write what you are supposed to do and what God said he would do.
5. Ask the Holy Spirit to increase your faith in the promises of God and help you be obedient
6. Ask the Holy Spirit to show you one thing you need to do this week.
